´´William Ryan Homes - Sun Prairie Model Home´´

At first sight the video shows the front of a big house located in a residential area with a small garden with flowers around it, the light colors on the walls make a contrast with the white paint that the windows frames have in a display of different forms.
Once we are into the house, the first thing to notice is a small living-room; little windows in the walls bring some light to the room. The pieces of furniture like the pictures, the coffee table with vases on it, small lamps, give the room a modern and comfortable appearance.
Next to it, it’s the dining-room, where a average rectangular table is in the middle and above it a chandelier is hanging from the ceiling. In addition, this room has; a big window bringing light, elegant pictures, a plant at the corner and a piece of furniture that makes people feel relaxed while enjoy their meals amid the warm atmosphere. In front of the dining-room it's the laundry, a small room with modern washing machine and dryer.
Following the corridor we find another yet bigger living room and the kitchen sharing the same big room. At the right it’s the living room, dark simple paintings on the light colored walls keep the relaxed and modern style of the house. A smokestack where on rainy nights family members can gather in a warm place, everything carefully decorated with some gears figurines at the center, over a wooden coffee table. Regarding the kitchen, it’s fully furnished auburn colored and has a rural feel to it. A platter with food it’s on the kitchen stool on the middle and in front there’s an electric, metallic colored stove with a fan of the same color over it, which is found in one of the pieces of furniture that surround the room.

The pieces of kitchen furniture are carefully placed among the limited space that the habitation has, but is still found a big refrigerator on the left, a food storage-room next to the stove and a sink on the right. At the left-end of the corridor there’s a small, red bathroom and inside of it a washbasin, a towel and toilet, all of them white. On the wall is a mirror and a red leaves painting. Leaving the bathroom it’s easier to appreciate the light that comes from the white window. Upstairs it is visible at first sight just three rooms and the first one is on the middle is dinosaur themed, colorful kid habitation full of life, with lots of toys and stuffed animals over and down the bed. Next bedroom is more girlish and has a flower themed bed, toys and paintings, with two windows and a white piece of furniture in front of it.Following the small corridor on the second floor there’s a tiny sitting room where there are laid two red sofas and one lamp in front of colored furniture surrounded by animal themed canvas. The following room is more adult-like with two windows, one larger than the other, a wooden marital bed adorned with leaves, and an open book and pillows on it. The room is beautifully decorated having picture frames, plants and paintings giving a sense of maturity to the habitation that has a closet too. The marital bedroom is followed by another one that is more old age-themed, with brown colors and leaves on the wall over the bed that has them too.One brown sofa and two pieces of furniture decorate the room aside from the photo frames, the mini lamps and the flowers that are on top of them. In the hallway are placed two more closets followed by to rounded mirrors on the wall. At the end, like on the first floor, is found a rock-gray bathroom with a tiny little white bath tub and a shower. Downstairs an habitation full of implements, ceramics and tool parts that can serve to repair or replace some damage utensil. There’s a brown table and a few chairs here, and finally is found a nearly-empty room where are placed some pipes and power source machines. The end of the video finishes with a sight of the William Ryan Homes office.
